Aluminum die casting is a high-efficiency manufacturing process where molten aluminum is injected under high pressure into precision steel molds. This method produces lightweight yet strong components with excellent dimensional accuracy, smooth surface finishes, and complex geometries. The resulting parts offer superior strength-to-weight ratios, good corrosion resistance, and high thermal conductivity, making them ideal for automotive, electronics, and consumer goods applications.

Melting Preparation

Gas Degassing

Select clean aluminum ingots and processed scrap, control the melting temperature at 740~760℃ to avoid gas absorption and oxidation of molten aluminum.

Uniformly spread chloride or fluoride-based refining agents into molten aluminum to remove hydrogen and inclusions through reactions.

Perform rotary degassing with argon or nitrogen for 15 minutes, allowing fine bubbles to fully adsorb and carry out hydrogen.
